I just want to see if it'll be legal to have detachable mag. on a stag15 lower with tacsol ar22? Also i was thinking if it was okay to have a spike tactical fake suppressor on it as well?
One other questions is the fake can is engraved to be 5.56 can it be mounted on the .22 tacsol upper? |
| You are legal on all accounts. .22 is rimfire, so it does not qualify as an assault weapon in CA (they must be centerfire). Be prepared to answer questions about the fake suppressor though. It may even be probable cause to arrest, though charges will be dropped as soon as they realize it is fake. The arrest will be on your permanent record though. I don't know if it is worth it?? |
