Any CA challange based upon McDonald? The AWB or any other CA law?

The CGF's Sykes CCW case and the Pena v. Cid "Roster" challenge were based off incorporation from the Nordyke case, which didn't last (Nordyke went en banc).
The Peruta CCW case in San Diego (Fed ct) recognizes this as well. However, McDonald reasserts the validity of the 2nd being right applicable at the state & local level, so these cases move onward. I would expect attacks on aspects of CA AWB in the future, from multiple parties. Certain ducks have to be arranged in certain rows :) Bill Wiese San Jose,CA |
