Kel-Tecs don't make it to the list, as they don't pay the taxes to get them passed.
The only way to get one is to have your father or son ship one to a FFL and do a intrafamilial transfer. Or move out of state and then move back into the state. Personally, I like my Kahr PM9, and its smaller and lighter than the p380. |
