I'm originally from California, Rubidoux to be exact. I'll be driving through on my way to pick up one brother in San Jacinton and headed to TJ. I hate the fact i will have to put away my Second Amendment right in Erhenburg, AZ. Oh well, it'll only be for a week. |

California would be the least of your trouble. Be mindful when in TJ. Since the Mexican government crack down on cartels and other thugs, violence has risen. Kidnapping has gone up. Do not bring guns (any type) or ammo into Mexico. Guaranteed spot in a Mexican prison called La Mesa. I'm only 8 miles from the border and dare not go there. |

You can't even bring a bullet into Mexico without facing serious jail time. To second the warning the US Military has put Mexico off limits to those who do not live there due to the kidnappings of American tourist and murders caused by the drug trade. You're Second Amendment rights are safe in America but do not carry over into Mexico.

Believe it or not I have family in TJ. My Brother lives on that side and works on this side. Before you ask, yes we are American citizens. $250 a month rent in TJ for a house or $2500 for a apartment in San Diego. I won't be carrying anything that would put me in a jail. Thanks for the warning guys but it ain't my first rodeo there. Been going since I was barley able to walk. |

So what exactly is the point of this post???? Do you think we don't know how it is here in Cali??? Cross the border in AZ and stay out of Cali if you hate it so much....... |
