I have read the ban list on receiver and a features ban. I have a shop & I keep getting calls/ emails from CA , they have dealers that will take stripped lowers ,IE Stag and they were telling me that , If his receiver isn't on the list it is good to go for them. Am i getting a load of bull ? I was under the impression that even ones not on the list can not be shipped to CA. is that right ? i have in the past just said NO , I know that most people out here are not lawers, but any help thanks Dave |
