I shudder to think what it has been reduced to. Last time I went was 4-5 years ago when ammo prices were still good and there was actually a moderate number of vendors showing up. 2+ buildings plus the area spanning the two buildings. But now? Yeah, think I'll save the gas and the entry fee and just build an ammo fort here at home and clean my own guns as I'm sure it will be more impressive than anything the Ventura show will have to offer. And even more sad is that the Ventura show has long been several magnitudes better than my home town Bakersfield shows. |
