some SKS, yes. If it has a detachable magazine no.
Turners sells Yugo SKS, although you can get them cheaper other places. Mini-14 are legal also. Just make sure that it doesn't have any assault weapon features, as defined by PC 12276.1 |

Their both legal depending on the configuration. If you would be more specific it would help to give you a specific answer.. |

A fixed mag SKS without a grenade launcher should be legal. Turners sells the Yugo SKS with the grenade launcher removed.
Any Mini-14 following SB-23 guidelines is legal. |
