Does this proposed piece of crap legislation have any chance? I noticed that it will not make an exemption for handloaders and there will be a 1/2 cent tax on every piece of ammo made. WTF?

I've seen this proposal many many times ... over many years. I've got about 25 thousand rounds give or take 10 laid away for just such an occassion.

Doesn't help, unless you shoot them in private property, they out law those ammo in public shooting range.
