Couple friends and I are trying to put together a shoot for us CA guys out in the Nevada desert. Why in Nevada you ask, plan is to shoot a bunch of tannerite and don't want to run into some CA cop or ranger that doesn't know any better and bust us. i respect the idea of a nevada shoot. but we are trying to do this in cali.. what's the point of having all of kaliban show up for a kali shoot to show solidarity outta state. i mean no disrespect but , do ya see my point in having a kalifornia shoot here in state. nevada is a free state .. we are not. we need to change this .. starting here in the prk. so how about another venue here in kali.? once again, we need suggestions and ideas in the state of kali. when pieeater gets back , we can discuss this further. until then keep the suggestions and ideas coming. and that's not to say that the d.s. shoot would really be fun and outta the question. we need to start at the frontline first, and that's here in the prk. meat meat

i think a IM to freeride is in order. i'd be happy to go to the desert and blow sheeuut up with ya'll. i go all the way off the 40. but i'm sure there is someplace closer. meat

Wondering if there is any BLM land by the southwest end of the Central Valley down by Taft. That area is reachable for the LA area guys, and is only about 2.5 hours (if lucky) for me in northern OC. I drive almost that far to some of my favorite places of I-40. Could be doable as an overnighter depending on the BLM "camping" rules. But not going to be much longer before weather makes it miserable. |
| We are thinking mid to end of May for this shoot. Someplace Mid CA sounds good to me as long as you guys are comfortable having a shoot wiht tannerite 1919's, AR15's and camping with out running into problems with an unknowing law officer.
