It's that time again, now that Irma is long gone and there is 99% normalcy back here in SWFL the next meet up is scheduled for Saturday November 18th at 6:00 at Shoot Straight, then onto SQ1 sat 7:30. This way we can get together just before the holidays. I will be making reservations on the 15th. Looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it.

Thanks for letting me know about the get together at Shoot Straight on Nov. 18th. Unfortunately, we will be at the Barbara Mann Center that night for a concert.

I would prefer Shoot Straight but if we go to Webbs, make it on Sunday the 19th. I believe that is a full auto day.

I like this idea, does it conflict with hunting season down there. I would even like
to camp the night before like we did in the past.

Webb ain't what it used to be. 10 years ago we would get out there early and take over the whole 100 Y range. Self policed, anyone who came along was welcome to join in. It was great. The asshats were kept in check. No R.O. We owned the joint. Now? Wait in line, they tell you what lane that you are allowed to use. Time limits. Pea brain R.O.s. No thanks.

Shoot Straight is our best option.

This started out as a Ft. Myers thing for locals. Keep it that way.

Went past Webb once and thinking they didn't have any close handgun targets.

Like 50 and 100 yards only.

Shoot straight probably has sliding targets for handguns
and the pole dancers bar about 2 blocks away.

I prefer Shoot Straight myself. Webb is not what it used to be. It seems slightly split on where at this point. I vote SS.

Gave up on Webb years ago. Too crowded, too regulated.
I'll vote for SS. Restaurant next door.

Yup drives me nuts. Don't even shoot my rifles anymore because there's no where to go. Last time I went to Webb I had to wait 45 min for a lane. Then spent an hour shooting with a crowd of people behind me waiting for a lane. Hated feeling rushed so I left.

Really wish I had somewhere to shoot rifles.
