Still some work to be done, need to add a storage box or two, gun rack, and some type of spot light.
.
I have more camo net to cover the truck based on position of the hunt. Rifle cradle will hold just about any type rifle and gives plenty of up/down and 360-degree coverage. There is a picatenny rail on the side of the mount to put a white/IR light slaved with the mount and independent of any weapon mounted light.

This will let me cover a lot of area in a night. Also, no more trying to set a feeder up along with an adequate tree stand location... now I can just place feeders about and drive nearby. Hope to try it out tonight.

Cool!

Now order some AR 500 plate to fit on it and it can double as a Zombie Apocalypse response vehicle!

I have often looked longingly at used line work trucks with the scissor lift platforms  on the back, thinking how cool it would be to mount one on a 4 X 4 and use it for hunting wide open flatwoods on management areas.

I lucked out... there was an old ad here in the EE but the seller did not want to ship. I got help from another ARFCOM'er cop in WI who drove an hour plus one way to get it and ship it to me. These things have dried up and are just about impossible to get now.
