I've had my VA chp for years now and I applied for a FL non-res ccw back in February. I wanted the FL ccw to be able to carry in GA.
They informed me that I was missing a document from my application about 75 days into the wait. As of right now it's been 103 days excluding the time suspended until they received my document. Does anyone know if the 90 day clock is only suspended with an incomplete application or if it resets the clock? I've called multiple times and I'm getting conflicting answers from their office. |

The last I heard, the clock resets upon discovery/notification of incomplete application. I'm not positive that is the intent of the statute, but I do believe that is the current process.
