There is a guy who works at a local shop in Saint Lucie County and his name is Larry.  He knows a lot about the platform and I have had work done by him previously. He has all of the tools, guages, etc.. He does go to the gun shows in Palm Beach and has about 3-5 tables and all he does is work on ar-15's, you can't miss him. He is pretty busy at the shows but he is a go to guy. I have no connection to him but he has always treated me right.

The Headspace on a AR is set when the Barrel Extension is Threaded onto the Barrel, The Only way to correct Headspace would be to Remove the Barrel and Install a New Extension or Macine or Shim the Old One or Ream the Chamber if its not Shot out. A New Barrel might be a Cheaper option if You have a issue. The Bolt itself has very little to do with the Headspacing on a AR Barrel it holds the Cartrige Head and if the Bolt Face is Machined to deep or to shallow that could cause a issue. Most Problems are related to the Extension or Chamber not being Machined or set right when the Extension was installed.

Yes, I have gauges loaned them to a friend just haven't had them returned yet, I built an AR pistol using the Huntertown Arms DOLOS take down system I was more curious than concerned, I live in Orlando but due to work I spend more time in West Palm so it is just easier to have it checked here than trying to get it done there. Thanks for all of the suggestions.
