So FWC emailed out the broadcast that phase 1 season opens on Oct 5th. I have never hunted anything but hogs down here since moving down from TN in Nov 2011. I called Chappy's Outfitters after reading through some of the old threads recommending them. They took my info but didn't know if they were going to run any dove hunts just yet. Didn't give any particular reason, nor did I ask for one.
I would like to do a hunt or two. Are there any other guide services that you guys recommend or any public land that yields decent results? I am in the North Port area but willing to drive. Any info is appreciated! |

Any info is appreciated! +1 Just yesterday I was thinking of posting a ISO Dove Field thread- I'm in the Tampa area and would absolutely love to find a good dove field somewhere. I'm primarily a deer hunter but really used to enjoy dove hunting in my youger days, but those fields have long since been shut down. |
