| Anyone has any of their lower. I am able to get one. Look goot to go and they are local here in Miami. |

I'll save the OP and anyone else the time of reading the whole thread and will repost this "Code Red Firearms My name is Tony Vega I own Code Red and I will continue to support both personally and as a corporate citizen the efforts to recover stolen and/or unwanted firearms from my community. We highly support responsible gun ownership and only responsible gun ownership. Post on rumor mills and forums don't make corporate policy here and you if any are Free to conduct business in any way you deem appropriate. We continue to rub a healthy business backed by good products unequalled service and a deep commitment to responsible gun ownership. Radicals from any side, you've been served. --- sincerely Tony Vega"
I won't do business with them, but you gotta do what makes you feel comfortable. |

yup i dont care if their lowers were $75 i wouldn't buy one. Plus, I think he had posted on the hive saying we do not amount to a lagre percentage of sales. But Mr Vega back-pedaled on that statement in a hurry. But the damage had already been done. |

I'm VERY happy with mine. Built 4 so far. Fit and finish is excellent During the beginning of the panic buying I bought to many. Here is my EE add just so you can see pics of what they look like.

| I canceled my order once the expected delivery time passed. It's so funny how they use to post multiple things on facebook everyday right up until they passed their expected delivery dates and now there facebook is a ghost town. And from some people's posts on their page, they have stopped responding to emails too. |
| I ordered mine when the wait time was 2-3 weeks, I received it 3 days shy of 3 months. I blasted them repeatedly about the constant Facebook posts talking about parts coming in and the new bolt gun that they are marketing while not being able to get the sold product out the door. The Facebook postings slowed down after that and my understanding is that they actually started shipping lowers. I haven't assembled mine yet, but the finish looks good and I don't think that there will be any problems with it. I almost cancelled my order after the gun buyback debacle, but I started hearing about people that were waiting another 10-12 weeks for their refunds, and with lowers being scarce right now, figured it was worth hanging on to my order. After a nasty email to Tony Vega, I got a realistic delivery time that they actually stuck to and a couple of email updates related to the progress of my order. I think the panic buyers struck and caught a smaller, upstart business by surprise and slightly overwhelmed them. |
| Between the election and the panic buying, yes they got overwhelmed, then to top it off the Forge stopped production to retool and increase their size to double up the ability to produce more lowers.. it has been one big mess up, but people are getting lowers, Ask Ben at Boresight.. either way if anyone needs or desires a refund just email me at Ira@PistolPay if you ordered before the Buy it now button, if you ordered from Pistolpay on the site you can request a refund yourself at your transaction. |

I'd stay far, far away from them. As others have said, they talk a good game but fail to back it up. On top of that, you have the gun buyback BS where the owner participated in some ill advised photo ops with Miami's gun hating mayor and spouted off that he didn't care that stolen guns weren't being returned to their rightful owner. Then after cancelling your order, you had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get your money back. There are other lowers filtering out in pretty good numbers, so I'd recommend saving yourself the hassle.
And no offense to Ira, but you need to understand that he has a business relationship with them so I'm not sure you can call him unbiased. |
| I was actually going to get it from another source that buys it from them but never mind. I'll stick to my good reputable companies. I am not in a hurry or really need it which is why i asked in the first place. Glad you can always get a straight answer here!!!! Thanks for the heads up and i am in the same boat as all of you!!!! |

I've seen lowers pop up at PSA lately (alum & plastic) and I've heard of other sites having them at times. If you're not in a hurry then wait it out...supply will start to catch up. |

Yeah im in no hurry, i will wait it out till i can get a lower at a good price. Likely going for a seekins or mega for a future SBR. DSG is releasing Seekins lowers for $130 randomly, and Rainier had Mega forged lowers for $135 the other day. Things are simmering right now, so this is the time to stock up, in case things boil over again. |
| I ordered three lowers from them on 30 Dec. I emailed Tony twice in March to see what the status was (I didn't mind waiting three months if that's what the wait time was, I just wanted to know my order wasn't lost). I ended up filing a claim with my credit card two days ago. |
