This has to be the greatest Bad neigbor story I have ever heard and I have not posted in some time. I was having a really bad day until I read this. I had to wipe the tears from laughing so hard from my eye's to do so.

While his replies were kinda funny, you may want to remind him about the "Castle Doctrine" and we here in the USA are allowed to have firearms. Throwing rocks or deploying "gas" in front of a fan may be fine "Down Under", but here it is seen as an immenent threat that would be dealt with accordingly.
