I am in the process of my first build.  I picked up an LRB Arms lower and got a DD LPK to go along with it.  My problem is I lack the tools and the experince to complete this project.  I dont mind buying the tools, but I was hoping that someone who has done this before would be willing to help me out.  I live on the Space Coast and any help someone could give me would be greatly appreciated!

The "Build it Yourself" forum has tons of info and step by step instructions and videos. I put together my first lower by going along with the video and pausing/rewinding as necessary. I'm not particularly great at building stuff, but i got it together pretty easily with the video as a guide.

Agreed, DYI, you won't learn until you do it. The tools needed are minimal at best. The hardest part it the front pin detent and spring ... I've lost more then one when it went flying across the room .... Best of luck to you though.

I am one of those who learned from some of the post and videos we have here online.

+1  They make things alot easier, you can do it without one, but for what they cost you might as well get one. The tool that helps with the front takedown pin spring is also nice to have.
