Other that the standard tourist traps anyone have some decent food on the last mile?  Looking for all price ranges as the in-laws are paying .

Had a great dinner at A & B Lobster House last year. I'd go back even if I have to pay for it myself.

IN Key West is Blue Heaven which is absolutely phenominal. Its off the beaten path but well worth it. Take a cab order yellowtail snapper and you won't regret it.

Antonia's, 615 Duval street. A must.
The yellow tail with caper sauce is the best.

Why would you take a cab?  It's like 2 blocks off of Duval street.  I will second that it is excellent.

Also try El Siboney if you like Cuban food.  It's still in Old Town but a bit off the beaten path.  Still within walking distance, however.

A & B Lobster is in a great location and I've had nothing but great food (the upstairs is better and a little fancier than the downstairs).

For a step up from that, I would STRONGLY suggest a place called Pisces.

Semi-formal, but the food is absolutely amazing.

Paradise Cafe has the bitching-est Cuban sandwich you will ever eat, there must be a good pound of pork on there.

Hogfish Bar and Grill- great place for lunch. As the name suggests they have incredible hogfish sandwiches and the lobster BLT is fucking outstanding. You will need to take a cab or drive there, as it's literally just North of Key West.

I gotta put another vote out there for El Meson de Pepe.  Some of the best damn Cuban cuisine I've ever had.  Not always easy to get into but I would recommend it for lunch as the business is a little lighter.  I had a whole plate full o' grub as did my other half and everything I had was phenomenal.

Don't know if it is still there, Mamma Mangrove's at the 12 mile maker. No windows, no doors. Big yellow dog laying in the door way. Food was great.
