Do you want to remove it or try and fix it?
Does it have LETHAL YELLOWING? Im a Certified Arborist. I could talk you through LY treatment. But if it needs to come down, make sure you get a company with insurance and not some crack head jack leg with a pick up truck. I have heard that Arbor Services is a professional company. I did that last year with a smaller tree and it was a PITA. Broke a couple of tie downs in the process. No yellowing, mostly the leaves never matures, it dies before it grows full length, and new ones start sprouting but like i said never reaches maturity. If I had time I would probably try to save it, at this point it is more convinient to have it plucked out and replace with somethin else. |

 guess a rope long enough to get away from the tree didn't cross their mind. Chop that thin yourself, no need to pay someone to do something simple enough. If your worried about killing your vehilcle, ladder, chop a few feet off the stop and work your way down.
