I just opened the door to take a look outside and I swear I saw a few snowflakes go by!!! My wife saw them, too. It lasted all of 15 seconds, but it was there. No drinking was involved in the writing of this post . I'm about 20 miles west of Gainesville, in Gilchrist County. By the time we could put warm clothes on the kids, it was gone. They're keeping watch at the window for more, though.

I remember that, I was 6 at the time. I've been in FL my whole life and have seen it a handful of times. I'm more excited this time because my kids are totally freaking out. We just got about 20 minutes of a pretty good downfall. It's not gonna stick or be anything like that picture, but my kids thought it was awesome. I'll put up a few pics later. |

Naples might do| It's snowed twice that I can remember here in central Florida since I moved here in 1980. The latest being last year. I just stuck my nose outside and damn, not only is it cold, but the sky looks like it may open up any minute. Would be cool if it dumped a little bit of snow. |
