Hello. I recently moved to the central FL area (Orlando) and I was wondering if anybody knows of quality carbine, pistol, or shotgun courses in the area. I prefer ones outdoors and not at indoor ranges. Thanks.

Like Flash said, check out Bushido Tactical.  They are based out of Orlando, and Wade Rorich is a very knowledgeable and professional instructor.  I've taken many courses with Bushido Tactical, and the skills I learned there have helped me refine my skills, equipment, and mindset.

You also have an outstanding venue right in your backyard: Southern Exposure, in Lakeland.  For me, it's well worth the drive from Miami, as the range is impeccably kept and organized, and they host some of the best instructors in the biz.  Guys like Randy Cain (Cumberland Tactics), Kyle Lamb (Viking Tactics), Pat Rogers (E.A.G), Bill Jeans (Morrigan Consulting), Louis Awerbuck (Yavapai Firearms Academy, Steve Tarani (Operational Skills Group), etc, all hold courses there throughout the year.  Southern Exposure is also building a shoothouse, which will allow for a broader variety of training.

Magpul Dynamics' list of civilian courses in FL is limited, and they are usually in the Jax area.  If you have the opportunity to train with Magpul, I recommend them as well, as they offer a very fast-paced, high-volume course, with a lot of movement and weapon manipulation drills.

There are probably other instructors/courses you could look into, but I can't comment on them from personal experience.

I had a great class with Andy Stanford and Options for Personal Security but the last time I checked (last month) the website was gone. Not sure if he's still teaching or not.
