I'm an 07 with an SOT
I need a class III dealer near Clearwater who is reasonable for a transfer of an AOW. If you know anyone , thanks A guy down there wanted to charge my customer a $100.00 |

I talked to this guy and the is doing the transfer for $50.00

I do not know who your client is or who the dealer they talked to is, but Not for nothing but $100 is not that bad for an NFA transfer, yes $50 is better, but in many cases in FL if you are the only class III dealer in a 3 county radius then it is fair. It's like the gas stations that are the last ones until a long bridge or just off the highway charging twice as much as the ones a few blocks away. It's still a ripoff but if you can get it, more power to ya, I guess. |

What I cannot do is transfer any Title one or title two weapon to a customer out of my own state. It has to be transferred to a 01 FFL with 03 SOT or an 07 FFL with 02 SOT. This customer is in Florida, I am in Pa. |
