I am in Naples and want to finally get into reloading but need the basics so as not to make too many mistakes.

Have no equipment as yet, but plan 9mm then moving to 223 & 308.  Am reading the ABC's and have other manuals on order.

Please LMK.

Hopefully someone will step up. I checked and there's still no one in SWFL for the Reloading mentor tack. :(

I suggest you get a good manual and read it through. It is not difficult at all but you need to follow the procedures and not skip steps. What calibers are you going to be loading?

You might want to stay with the simple reloading equipment at first. Getting into reloading and trying to figure out a progressive press might be a bit much for some people. 223 is probably the easiest to reload for, use boattail bullets if you can.

I'm not in SW FL, but am willing to help by email.

If you have questions, feel free to email me at the address in the IM I sent.

I wish I lived closer. I could get you going in an hour.

Why dont you go to your local range and ask around?

Find some bored old timer to come over and sit at your bench with you one evening.
