Many of you have seen my posts about my young daughter who is going to school in Jacksonville. Well, she rammed her 2003 Corolla and it is totalled.

She is looking for a similar Corolla, Jetta, Civic.....something good on gas. Mileage under 50K, somewhere around $8-9,000. Maybe $10,000.

Since I am 5 hours away, it is tough for me to help her with these kinds of issues, so if anybody knows of such a vehicle, or sees one for sale, IM me with a contact. I would appreciate it!

No help with the car, I just wanted to say that I hope your daughter is alright, you didn't mention any injureies so I am assuming that she is ok. I have daughters of my own and I know concerned daddy can be. Good luck on finding a car for her JJ.

Jeff, although I am not in Jax but rather Daytona, there is a doctor's office near me that has a newer Jetta (red) for sale in for $8,500 IIRC. I can check it out today if you like.

If you don't have any luck up there we can go to the auction in Bradenton, the dealer charges 500 on top of your car price and the auction fee is about 250

I may be able to help you with that. It will be a week or 2 to get the title though. I'm waiting on a couple things to be completed, but I have an '03 Toyota Echo that will be on the market. It has i believe less than 20k on it. It gets like 35-40mph highway. Good little car.
