About a month ago I found this website and asked about just getting a left handed upper for my current AR. I received a good welcome and straight forward answers. So, I thought, I'll just swap uppers and I'll have the left hander that I want. So much for that...
Well, I ordered a Stag stripped lower from one of the local site vendors and soon will be ordering the lefty rifle kit. So, YES, I'll be ending up with 2 rifles. Then theres my 1911 that "needs" new sights and a guide rod and a magwell and...aw sh!t...

That's what happens when ypu get bitten by the gun bug... Your only hope for sanity is don't start reloading too....

Haha, reloading is a little over the top for me right now. I just can't wait to get all the parts and put the thing together.
This is a great site with lots of good info, but definitely not safe to the wallet.

well, if it wasn't for this site, I would probrably have had my truck close to payed off by now. Though I genrally don't regret any of my purchases, I've learned from all, and most of all learned how to budget alot better

I don't have a problem sticking to a budget, but the temptation is still there however.
Not regrets here either, although I only own 2 weapons (soon to be 3)...so far.

the good thing about guns is they hold their value. your truck or whatever depriciates like mad. plus you can easily sell whatever you have left or trade and get upgrades. you can wok on your gun yourself too for the most part. it's all good :)

When you get done, take the worst looking SKS stock and burn it- the colors are kinda cool.

I still don't have my 6.5 Grendal upper with scope and I'm already thinking about a 22 LR conversion for my Kimber so I can get a can get a can.
