Hi, I am on a couple of other forums and they have a new guy section to intro yourself, I could not find one here so I made my own if thats ok. I decided to use the moniker Tourist because I do not live in the US but I try and visit Florida every year and hope to move over in about 3 years. I presently live in the gun poor environment of the UK.......please I'm crying now, ok thats better.........so I shoot like a demented psycho on speed whenever I come over to visit. I shoot at a place just of Little Road in Hudson, Pasco County, normally every evening for about 200 rounds. I used to be a Reserve Cop and Regular Army now I am at university learning to be a nurse and hoping to get into trauma or something equally stimulating when I qualify. I also enjoy leaping out of perfectly good airplanes with lke minded military and ex-military types, there is an active group for this in Europe and we do jumps with allsorts of nations units and military jumpmasters. I am arranging a jump in the Czech republic for september and another in Italy with their military for next year to get the Italian wing. In the military I started in Logistics counting beans but somehow (never volunteer) ended up being involved with a close protection unit and I also did some EOD work as a team number 2. A friend in the USAF security Police showed me around the black stick but my main experience was with our L1A1 SLR, Sterling SMG, H&K MP5K & the H&K53. Privately I owned several pistols and used to do some combat pistol shooting. Thats me. |

Ha! You are safer over in Fl. than on the streets of Britain. Now that guns have been officially banned for several years we have more gun crime than ever before. You can buy AK's like they are going out of fashion, mainly because all the eastern european (former commie) refugees we are getting in are smuggling them over. You can go and buy AK's in former Iron Curtain countries for about $100, RPG's cost a tad more, and nowadays we have an open Europe with no more borders.............nice for the bad guys, crap for the police. |
