I'm thinking of organizing an expedition from NE Fla. to GS by renting an RV and running it out I-10. Looks like maybe $400 - $500 each for rental, gas, & mileage for a total of 5 people to travel & sleep aboard. Food & beer additional. Looks like air fare from Jax is $300 + hotel + local transportation, so the RV would be cost-effective. Leave the Wednesday before, return the Tuesday after. Anybody interested? |
