I had a blast out there today folks!  Too bad for those no shoots in the pistol stage for me, but I enjoy showing off the M14 whenever I get the chance  btw, great pics!

Edited to add:  Was that Massad Ayoob out there with the Mini-14?

I had lotsa fun, shoots some guns, fought a forest fire, got a nasty sunburn...Damn what a great way to spend a Sunday. Thanks to all the FDCC folks for a great time.

ummm...Having fun shooting?  Seriously, though, he doesn't live too far away so I think he enjoys the courses just like the rest of us.

Well...happy healing!  
If it makes you feel better, I gave myself a fat lip during the first course of fire while getting up from the curb.  Ends up my mouth is SOFTER than my rear sight.  Go figure.  Still though, it was worth it.
