Springfield Armory M1a scout 7.62 Nato. The best way to go through this rifle is muzzle to butt because it is loaded.!
18" barrel,Springfield Armory
Scout type scope mount Springfield armory
Smith Enterprise Vortex FH (cost appox $80)
Unitized gas system, a NM modification($70)
USGI op rod,Winchester($175 Approx.)
USGI trigger group. H&R A ($125 approx.)
Forged Springfiled armory bolt, commercial
Dummy selector switch kit on USGI stock.($60 approx.)
I Checkmate industries 20 rnds mag. This is the current USGI contractor.
I would estimate the rifle to have between 200 and 300 rnds. When I bought the rifle it was like new, with just minor wear on the bolt lugs. I did some add on's and shot just 40 -50 rnds to check the function with the new op-rod and trigger group. Both were like new pieces. The trigger pull is much better than the factory, maybe not lighter but much crisper and positive.
I don't really want to sell this. The only reason that I am selling this is that MI just became a class so I need to raise some cash. Gotta go full auto!
I can do pics on this. If you want them please email or IM me with your email address. If I can get a deal on this by the morning (to lessen my pain
) I will throw in a b square scope mount and another CMI 20 rnd mag.
I have some additional mags that I will offer to the buyer first at a good deal.
Price SOLD. I think that this is a very good deal on a excellent condition rifle. The cheapest that I see a new one for is $1350. Add the USGI mags,op-rod,trigger group, SEI vortex, gunsmith work etc almost $600 in up grades and it looks like a bargain!
Please be clear when you email if you want the rifle or just pics. The first I'll take it gets it.
1.The commercial parts that came with the rifle are long gone.
2.Trades, I might be interested in a partial trade. Please let me know what you have.
3.Yes I'm a motivated seller, just not desperate.........yet!
