Was wondering if you want one because they look interesting
or have you actually shot one of these unpractical handguns
and actually liked it?
I thought it would be interesting to have one and after one
outing at the range, I was really doubting my decision-
making processes. These are well made guns, but more of
an obnoxious bark than a serious bite. Unless you support the
forend on a stand or something equally stable, you won't be able
to hit anything (accurate) beyond 7 yards. Man, what a report!
Your neighbors in the shooting booths next to you will certainly take
notice and move after about your third shot, both from the blast and
ducking the hot empties that fly about 15 feet in no set direction. If
you shoot at night or during limited light, the muzzle blast surpasses
that of a 3 1/2" 45 ACP.
All in all, I thought that this rifle caliber in a handgun was more for show
and maybe bragging rights than anything remotely practical for it.
Took it to a show and sold it to another gullible shootist. I don't regret
selling it. There are many more reasonable pistols out there. I strongly
suggest you try another model before you make the same mistake I did.
