We are all here for the basic same reasons so why do we routinely pile on someone when a problem arises?
I started reading the original thread and stopped. I would take his word that it was new. There was a slight chip at the magwell could it be someone checking the gun out put a mag in it, or that it came from store where folks had handled it? Same with the slide stop as far as I would comment. NIB means many things. One coming from a dealers back room will have little wear and tear but one from a dealers shelf or from a gunshow MAY have a few blemishes.
I am on the Plus side as to ratings but I too have had problems here and KYLAWMAN is right. There seems to be a prevalent " get a rope lets lynch him mentality " on this board that I don't see on Glocktalk, and others. Could it be the age ogf the posters? I don't know but it seems more prevalent here than elsewhere. Look at the comments here alone.
I routinely check the feedback section to make sure I'm not getting blind sided. I'm not saying I'm perfect as I have made mistakes in selling online. This is a new medium and one most are not familiar with. Mistakes are bound to happen , all one can ask is that they be corrected.
Unfortunately here the innocent until PROVEN guilty saying means diddly. Like Mexico and some other third world countries, Here you are guilty until you can prove otherwise.
Problems will arise if you are not privy to the whole than you should refrain from commenting UNLESS you had dealings of the same goods, or with the same party/parties.
Lock and load, Ruck Up, Drive on ........Don't mean nothing, NOT a thing.....
