Some things are crazy with high prices, but sometimes not bad. Hey! I like FDE!!  I've ordered about 3-4 of the HK91 mag bundle with ammo can. All of them came with NOS AL mags. Brand-new condition. In fact, because of this thread I'm thinking of ordering another can.

Ordered extractor springs and wide forearm from HKParts with no problem a year or two ago, no problems at all. There may be a counterfeit site out there but the one I linked is gtg in my experience at least. |

My understanding is they bought up a lot of stock from some of the smaller businesses that sold HK stuff, then jacked up the prices of those parts for resale. |

| I understand these threads devolve into anecdotal experiences but with that said, I’ve never had a bad experience with HKParts. Including many high dollar items. Fast shipping. Packing slips. Always a great experience. With that said, there are a number of other awesome HK parts sources out there with equally as wonderful of experiences. |

Thanks! I have only dabbled in the Teutonic roller delayed space magic realm with an SP5. I bought when Biden was “elected.” I have a nice Black Forest wood stock and a Broad River tactical SD and HK Bryce handguard in the works. Hoping that and my old wolfman scratch the SD itch. But just might make me fiend for the real horse. |

I ordered a few MP5 items from HKParts over the last couple of years, and they are sketchy at best. One item I bought was advertised as HK Factory and it very obviously was not. I threw it in (for free) with my MKE AP5 when I sold it. IIRC it was a hand guard. Generally I'd steer clear of them because of their prices, and now I wouldn't trust them because of false advertising. I'm out of the MP5 scene now, but would still recommend people look for their parts elsewhere. |

HKparts.net prices are usually comparable to those of most other vendors. Their PostNet store address isn't much different from Centurion Arms using a UPS Store on Coronado Island as their address for several years while Monty was still in the Navy, and Centurion Arms is very legit. The complaint I have about HKParts.net is that sometimes parts, like springs, that they advertise with an HK part number arrive in generic plastic bags instead of HK factory packaging, like you will always see from Blue Ridge. I am mostly OK with using them for some parts that no one else has in stock and you can easily verify that they are legit, but I won’t use them for small parts that can easily be faked, like springs. |

I can almost always source the parts I need for less (if I'm willing to wait for someone else to have them in stock). HKParts always has inventory due to their pricing. Not exactly inspiring my confidence in their business practices. |

I may be the minority, but I’ve had good luck with my HKP orders and with customer service/returns. They have pulled some shady stuff over the years, but nothing that has affected me. I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with Botach. |

Blue Ridge and others almost always are a much more trustworthy source but their prices are usually pretty much the same. You comparing HKparts.net to “ARMS UNLIMITED” is a very good comparison. Use when needed but exercise caution and research your stuff. |
