Hey guys, I dont think im breaking news here but im having issues getting ahold of anyone at HKPARTS. Ive already made the mistake of purchasing a barrel through them and it took 3 weeks for me to get my refund. Which they said I got but now I cant get ahold of anyone to actually use the credit for a new order. They told me, days later through an email "yeah just click add the refund to your new order when you checkout". Well thats not even possible. No option for me to do that. It will however let me place a new order, in full, with my credit card. Does anyone have lead on any REAL PERSON who works for this company? Is it possible for me to find a telephone number to a real person or is that out of the question here? Thanks dudes. |

| Yeah nobody answers that phone. If anyone else had a 10.4 A3 416 Nefarious barrel I would buy right now. We're doing a select fire demo gun for our company, 416. I sent back their in house 10.4 barrel. Who knows maybe it would have been fine. Looked down the pipe and there is shit all in it. Looked like shards of god knows what. Had to punch it several times with swabs and ultimately just sent it back. |

Speaking of HKParts - I've bought a bunch of P7springs and parts from there. Just replaced my trigger spring - what a PITA!! But I finally got it. Sorry the dude had legal problems. Sounds like he flew a bit close to the sun, but glad he's out now. I suspect the IRS income hiding is what did the bigger hit than the FFL thing. |

Dude was pulling some serious shit on IRS, not reporting $10MM in revenue, and was overtly dealing in guns without an FFL - which is just nuts since he was in business, just get an FFL as part of your business. But if you do that, you have to keep records. And if you keep records... see above about IRS. So while Fuck the Paperwork, and Fuck IRS and Fuck ATF and Fuck all that - in general, if someone is doing business actively doing that beyond the odd personal sale here and there, is the definition of "shady character". Are they going to be the type of person who goes out of his way to do YOU right? And here we are. |

About 2 months ago I ordered a couple of wrong but kind of expensive parts and went through the return process on their website site. Did take a couple weeks to hear from the just as it says on the return forms. They accepted my returns and refunded 100%, less shipping. I specifically asked for a credit because I still needed to order the correct parts. When I went in to order new parts the credit did automatically attach to my order. In fact there was extra credit as one of the parts I needed was O/S. When the part finally was in stock I placed a 2nd order and the remaining credit attached to my order. While not lighting fast, the return process was just as it was described in their return section of the web site. Hopefully they get you squared away too. |

| I should probably knock on wood, but to date I haven’t had one bad experience buying from HK parts.net. As a matter fact, I ordered a 90° locking piece for my K model Monday and it’s out for delivery today via FedEx. I don’t think you can ask for better service than that. YMMV |

The article posted states that restitution was paid prior to sentencing but by all means, let's lock him in a cage for four years. I mean the "gun trafficking" charges were dropped but we should punish him for it anyway. Just think, if he had paid his fair share, how many more illegals could we house and feed! |

I too have not heard of the drama surrounding HKparts. But I also forget to do research sometimes before ordering from some vendors. That being said, while they may not be my favorite vendor to order from, I have placed a number of orders from them and have never had an issue of any kind. They may not be the cheapest, but sometimes they are the only ones to have a part I need or want and I have always received my items promptly. Helps too that they are local to me, I do like to try to support local businesses. |

I have ordered parts just a few days ago and got them no problem. Never had an issue with them. Got the wrong bolt carrier one time. Contacted them, sent it back and they shipped the right one back. No problem. Sometimes, they are the only ones who have the part you want. HK parts are pricey its one of those things people call a "fact of life -- Death, Taxes, and HkParts are expensive. |
