[ARCHIVED THREAD] - PTR 91 changes

I picked up a PTR91 and was wondering what you guys are running for a sling? I really don't want the surplus leather one, something more modern but simple. Also, any of you guys add any sort of rubber grip sleeve or something to your rifle? I don't like the feel of the shape of the grip. It's the polymer lower version.

Got my sling from Blackhawk . I can post a link if you need one. About rubber grips and whatnot, I don't think there is much out there for a ptr91. It's a great gun to own enjoy

I had a hard time figuring out what sling I wanted on my sar 8. I ended up throwing my extra WOTG Proctor sling on mine. It works fine.

Try a Blue Force gear Vickers sling, perhaps the padded one if your rifle is going to be scoped. Its adjustable for length via a quick simple slider and is quite comfortable. Just get an HK hook for the front atatchment and run the loop for the rear and your good to go.
