I traded into a Century C93 last Sunday. The bolt gap measures .010, but a .011 fits tightly. Should the feeler gauge fit easily, or be forced in?

All I can find on the web is how to measure bolt gap, but not how loose or tight the feeler gauge should be.

.010 and .011 are not much apart.

Feeler gauges should never be forced into anything to find a measurement.

Using a feeler gauge the feeling should be a little snug with a hair of resistance.

I would add +8 rollers if you are around .010 and that should put you in optimal range (up around .015-016")

What sporter said. You want to find the largest feeler that will fit without forcing it. A little snug is ok, but forcing it means you are using a larger feeler than the actual gap size.

556 Hk 33 works the best at 0.14 to .010 +8 rollers please ;( maybe + 2 or +4 rollers! What you need to do is shoot 300 rd threw it then clean and recheck bolt gap then you most Likely have a bolt gap of .07 or less then you may need some plus 6 rollers:)  I can tell you 100%that if you go over .016 on bolt gap you will starting geting light strikes on primers
