Business insider article, lots of pictures and not as many words. Tip of the hat to PTR for deciding to move also.

| Cool, still a little miffed at PTR for not making good on the batch of rifles that they sent out with flutes cut to shallow and then slapping a disclaimer on their website after the fact that their rifles were not warrantied if you shot TAR sealed ammo through them. |

I own two PTR rifles, a GI and a K model. The K caused me some fits but that was my own doing because I swapped out the Navy lower for a steel one- the guns can be sensitive to the positioning of the ejector which is controlled by how the trigger pack rides in the lower. Fortunately for me, I have several lowers and friends with several lowers and was able to swap around until I found one that works with my trigger pack.
They make a great rifle and we are fortunate to be able to buy them as cheaply as we do. I hope that their sales continue to grow and that they can make a good relocation with minimal upset to their production. |

I think they are probably moving to South Carolina. I say that because of this- http://www.bob-owens.com/2013/06/unknown-gun-manufacturer-eyes-north-carolina-for-relocation/ News breaking on the TV news sites in SC today. Horry County SC, near Myrtle Beach. edit: can't spel |

Cool article. I hope Conn. feels the suck
With all honesty, because of their decision to move, I will be purchasing one of their rifles. Personally, I will have difficulty in the future buying any weapons from manufactures that have chosen to languish in their unconstitutional states. |
