If it has the same style rotary diopter as the G3, MP5 you can use a Philips screw driver and pair of small hemostats.

or buy this nifty little tool

cheaper US made tool

Same adjustment procedure as all other HK diopter sights. I've always used the 'hemostat' method.

YMMV

This guy has the US tool for under $30. It works perfectly.

+1, a thin pair of needle nose plyers or the 3.00 "gun show" hemostats work fine too

I use a pair of snap ring pliers. Works for the rear on the HK type rifles and for the fronts on the FAL.

I bought the US-made tool and it sucks. If I let mine wobble just a tiny bit when it's holding the locking pins, they snap back into place and I have to start over. Very hard to use on my V53. Hemostats work much better. Snap-ring pliers suggested above are a good idea. I found it easier to use hemostats and just rotate the inside center of the rear sight instead of using the hemostats to disengage the pins and rotate the sight barrel around the tool. That make sense?
