Long story short i got this rifle sight unseen but it wasnt what i thought it was and payed 822 for it.   so i guess im stuck with it since i wont take a 200 dollar hit on selling it.   But other than fixing the reciever if i ever find one with trunion pre welded, what else should i do to it?   It looks like its in good shape other wise

it is getting to the point that pretty soon the sum total of the parts will be worth that much.

if you like it, shoot it until the trunion shoots loose. then have it rebuilt

HKParts (usually) sells the PTR receivers. they are currently out of stock.

you may also need a new trunion, and you should assess your 922 parts count.

if you want to sell it, i would part it out and sell the individual assemblies, or sell it as a parts kit to avoid transfer costs. keep or destroy the receiver.

ohh brother im sorry, those go for 3-400 round here. bright side is you got a great parts kit when that reciever wears out!!!!!  They aint that bad usually takes over 2k rnds to get one floppy.

Another plus when you build it is youll know its right as rain
