Anyone know where to find a sear (hk part # 205439) online? I tried HDPS and hkparts, can't find one.

Are they just not available like back ordered or not in stock, or you just can't find any?

What happend to the Sear that came in your rifle? You shouldn't have to change it out.

You sure of the part number? The one you referenced is the front most part of the trigger right?
