Having a problem with my Turner Fab MP5 . I am consistently getting FTE maybe once a mag.
It has happened w/ both HK mags as well as the new Korean ATI mags.
I tried 2 different types of ammo Winchester 115gr and Remington 147gr.
It happens once a mag,If I go slow the gun works fine. When I do 2 or 3 quick trigger pulls it jams sometimes.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Check the dimension on the bolt face. It should be .400 +-.010. I've seen them as big as .430 on two of mine. They work fine in SA but I get the same symptom in FA.

Check the extractor spring to make sure it is solid and can't be pulled easily.

If you have digital or dial calipers, it's easy to measure the internal diameter of the bolt face, as the video shows.

Oh, and watch your ejections. WWB and Remington UMC are weaker ammo and don't always cycle these guns adequately enough. Your empty cases should be flying upward at about 1-2 o'clock and outward to about 10-15 feet. If they are just dribbling out the side, get some better ammo.

Thanks for your help. The ejections are coming out in the 1-2 o'clock position.I think it may be the ejector spring.I am going to replace it and see how that goes.

All the ejector lever spring does is keep the lever down if the bolt isn't raising it to come into contact with the
spent casing.  What kind of ejector lever does it have?  Is it an original HK or another brand such as Coharie?
