Im looking to swap out the navy plastic lower for an original steel HK lower. I see though on the plastic navy lower thats on there now, there are the two holes for the two cam pins to slide through to hold it in place, and the original steel lowers do not have the holes to accept the pins. I guess if you can answer my question then you know what Im actually talking about. Im not sure I did the best job explaining. I will post pics if it helps. Juts wondering if anyone has any experience swapping out the plastic navy lower for a steel HK.

I'm no expert, but I was told that you must swap it with a lower that is Clipped and Pinned.

The pin holes (or lack of) mean nothing as the grip frame is held in place at the rear by the backplate of the stock sliding over it - the pins hold the backplate/stock on.
Where you're going to run into problems (with the grip frames in your link) is at the front where they attach to the receiver. The grip frames shown in the link are machine gun lowers, they 'pin' to the receiver rather than resting on a ledge (shelf) like semi auto lowers do - MG's do not have this "ledge".
The grip frame would need to be modified ("clipped") to fit. The 'ears' will need to be removed and a bracket welded in, similar to the pic below, in order for it to "clip" onto your rifle.
I believe Mark Galla of Arizona Precision Arms is again offering this service - as are others.
Also - you will need a new selector for the metal frame as they are
narrower than the plastic grips and require a shorter selector axle.
