I mostly care about the looks of the forearm, what length of barrel/forearm do you guys think the 2nd picture is? Also, just remove the 1.5 optic and get the ironsight rail, right? Thanks |

That barrel is a customized SL8 barrel.
Go to HKparts.net You should be able to get the G36K forearm, rails, & G36c sight rail there. Plus Adam is a great guy to do business with. I've order TONS of stuff from him and can't say enough good things. If you want the rear section, that is also customized. They are really hard to find. They work very well with the HK G36 optics, as they have the correct eye relief. I have a similar stockset on my G36 conversion. My stockset will be available for sale soon, if you are looking for one. (It could be a couple of weeks.) The barrel will be harder, either get yours shortened by a reputable gunsmith or buy a G36K barrel w/ Permanent extended flash hider. good luck in your search! ~Icarus
