I just ordered a Vector V93 this afternoon and have a couple of questions.

They had one gun in stock that has a 16" barrel and Vortex flash hider mounted. Looks like a 33k kinda. Also came with an HK Navy style SEF lower. Any way I was told that this gun had been a special build for a customer that backed out on them. Chuck (the HK tech) told me that this rifle has a factory FA carrier and bolt and is ready for a sear pack. I intend to install my pack in the lower. So, now the questions.

1. What is the rate of twist on Vectors barrels ?

2. Does anyone know if they install the locking piece for 55 or 62 grain ammo?

3. Anyone running a V93 with a sear pack and, If so any issues?

Thanks in advance guys !!

Barrels are 1:9 and, as far as I know, they are still using the #8 (or US made equivalent) locking piece.

Sear pack "should"  be plug 'n play.

From what I was told by Vector, all of their V93 rifles come sear ready. I have one and it came with FA carrier/bolt and SEF lower. I believe that the barrels are 1 in 9 twist ,so its a great platform for SS109 ammo. Congrats on the purchase. You wont be sorry. I have compared my V93 to the real thing and other than the color of the finish, the welds , etc. are just as nice if not better than the real thing.

Probably a stupid question but does the Vector V-93 accept a standard AR type flash hider?

I'm assuming the FH aren't welded on from the factory right.

No, barrels are threaded same as HK - 15x1RH(metric)
