When trying to reinstall the bolt to the bolt carrier I am having extreme difficulty in getting it positioned properly with the rollers in and ready to be placed back into the receiver. I can stick the bolt back flat against the carrier with considerable force but rotating the bolt to reestablish the orientation it is VERY difficult. The piece that is pinned to the carrier that latches onto the groove in the bolt when it is chambered is very very tight and is pressing down on the bolt so hard that it is almost impossible to rotate it back into position just using your hands. I had a Cetme before and I don't remember it being anywhere near this difficult. Anyone?

Yeah it's a pain, it just takes practice.  Sorry can't help you much more than that, but I had a  lot of trouble with it at first too.  Treat it like a puzzle, you'll figure it out.  There's only one way for it to work.

If you go on hkpro.com search around and you will find some instructions for the reassembly of the BCG.

Basically, rotate the bolt head 90 degrees, pull it out 1/4" and carefully rotate it back 90 degrees so the rollers can hide in the bolt.  If your gun is new and tight, you might need a pair of pliers or a wrench to rotate the bolt under the force of the locking lever.

One of things I also do it use the plastic butt of my scrfewdriver to push down on the opposite end of the locking lever to release some tension.

Once the bolt is smacked into place, squeeze the point at which the two piece meet just enough to back off about 5mm...then you should be able to rotate easily.

If the rollers are out and the bolt is too.

I would suggest putting in it backwards and that gets it back in position and then taking it out and putting in the correct way.

The german army does it this way.
