HK newb. I read about adjusting the sites, i dont have the HK tool and dont really understand how elevation change tool works. there are notches in the outside barrel, and notches in the inner ring, when i turn the barrel by hand the notches are lines up and rotate around in line. i am guessing when get a tool and put the tool in the outer barrel will turn independent of the inner ring? is there a way to do this with other tools btw, about 12" high at 25yrds |
Yes.
I use thin needle nose pliers...
Rear sight adjustment isn't going to help...You need about 50MOA adjustment and I don't think there is anywhere near what you need on the sight. Something else is very wrong. |
