I'm new to the G3/HK 91 style rifles and have a similar question/s. I have a Centuary Arms G3 and I want to thread the barrel for a muzzle break. The dia. of the muzzle is Apprx . 535.  What thread and pitch is common? What break is popular and where is a good place to find one?  thanks for your help...

It seems like it is metric 15x1 right-hand thread.  Jayson at Investment Grade Firearms makes them if you need a U.S. made part, he even makes one that can be pressed-on for those unthreaded barrels.  Here's a link: I.G.F.  ARKAR

Edited to add:  JFP, I'm not sure that the press-on suppressor will fit your barrel, but I bet if you give Jayson a call, he can set you up with one that is the right size to press-on to your barrel.

I'd rather have one that is threaded cause I've had one to many add-on breaks vibrate loose after one session.
