Ive been looking around for one. Where the hell can I get one? and what is the best price for one of these?

They haven't been imported in a while, so you'll have to check the secondary market, like the EE.  Not sure on price, so you'll have to check around from diferent sellers.

If you spend some time looking you might be able to find them a bit cheaper.  The relatively easy USC to UMP mods have driven the demand up a good deal.  That coupled with them no longer being imported has caused the price to climb.  I think a lot of them are being converted to UMP form...  at least mine is!

The last one I saw for sale was about 6 months ago and it was around $850.00. Damn I should have bought it.

You should have.

I bought a USC about a year ago for $1,000.

They are very accurate.

I purchased a near mint one off the Guns America site back in February for $1400.

Now, between the Top Notch M3 conversion kit, UMP barrel, M3 mags, Surefire M900A vertical forearm weaponlight system, and the NFA $200 tax for my Form 1, I have ~$3000 in it.

Worth every penny though! This thing is more fun than a barrel of monkeys!

SEXY SEXY!!!  *excuses himself while he cleans off his pants*

I love the real UMP conversion with the actual UMP mags.  Not a huge fan of the grease gun conversion.  C3 or SBR or both?

It's an SBR and the other rifle is a Micro Galil. Thanks for the nice comments fellas.

UMP 25 rd. mags @ $75 each versus new GI M3A1 30 rd. mags @ $20 each made the M3 conversion an easy choice for me.

I used Top Notch parts for my SL8 conversion but I think I will use these guys for the USC. He was very helpful with questions I had.

They don't make a 9mm one of those do they?  (Not the mp5/hk94, I mean)

Yes, actually they do. It's easily identified as it's the only version that uses curved magazines.

The UMP is made in .45 ACP, .40 S&W, and 9x19.

They do make them but it will be very hard to find one. For some reason, the 9mm versions are not being demilled. Could be that the PDs like them or not many were purchased. If you know an authorized HK Dealer, you may be able to get new "replacement" parts.

I had one of the first USC to UMP conversions on the Market. Tactical Exellence was the first company to actually deliver one. I have the second conversion. I can tell you based on experience, that they are expensive to build but worth every penny. You must shop around because there are a lot of part gougers out there. I've seen UMP barrels for sale for $900 . List is $200 and a decent street price would be $400. Same is true for the lower receivers. You shouldn't pay more than $250 to $300 (list is $225). $3,000 includng Tax stamp is what you will end up paying.

HKpro is a good source. Here is some incentive:
