I am going through the process of ordering a BW89 from Atlantic and I was wondering if you guys knew where I could purchase a plastic SEF lower for it.  Any ideas?  I guess I could wait for a couple of years for POF-USA to bring some parts to the market.  A plastic lower would look kick ass.

Vector Arms sells clipped, plastic SUO lowers that look exactly like the SEF ones for $40.  You may need to dremel off the tang and drill the pin hole but it'll work.

I asked HKSpecialist if the SEF lower was available and if it came with a selector.

He replied:

"C/P or push pin it doesn't come with selector your cant use your old one have to have SEF selector"

Gordon is correct, the selectors for the plastic trigger housings have to be a bit longer because the plastic is thicker than the metal used in the older style, metal housings.  The selectors are easy to get though and they don't cost much.  Gordon sells them or you can get them from other online locations.

Oh, and if you didn't know, you need a clipped and pinned housing.  That will usually cost you about an additional $50 over a non-clipped and pinned one.
