Yep 15x1 RH

Die is damm near impossible to find. You can rent kits on Cetmerifles.com with everything you need. I have more then one project requiring threading and have been searching for a die for the last week or so with no luck.

Talked to one guy today that told me all the "gun guys" buy him out when every he gets them. No more in sight in the near future.

If you find them, Please LMK!

Got my 15x1 die from Victor Machinery
They have a minimum order though, so get a caliper or something if ya don't already have one

Talked to Victor machine on the phone already. Out of stock with no idea when they will get more.

You might want to think about threading(if  you are using a lathe)your barrel for 15mm x 26tpi.  Its not exact as the metric thread-I think each thread is off by .001- but it works for my AR15 in 7.62 x 39, using a G3 flashhider along with the suppressor I have for my HK91(thats what I tried it for-too curious for my own good)

I rented the kit from Cetmerifles.com to thread the barrel of mine. It came out great, and was only a cost of $15 plus the return shipping. The kit had everything needed including a TAP guide to ensure the new threads were cut straight. It only took me 15 minutes (after shortening the barrel and recrowning) and looks great.

I dont doubt that the kit works well, just that I need a die as I have several projects that will require threading over the course of the next month or two.

My barrel is tapered on the end, how thick does it have to be to thread?
