'BILLBO':

You want to remove the fire control box (with all parts installed) from the lower/pistol grip frame? If so, put selector on fire and release hammer (not cocked). Rotate selector to twelve o'clock position and pull out. The fire control box should now be able to be lifted from the lower/pistol grip frame. Sometimes the fire control box is a tight fit, and gentle prying is required to get it started out.
Let us know if this does not work for you.

A forceful but careful tap on the grip from your palm from the direction of the stock to the muzzle and away from the receiver will let it pivot down, them pull the grip from the mag well.
